Nexivoprime provides guest posting, manual outreach, link building, content writing and related SEO services. We connect clients with relevant publishers through editorial outreach — we do not operate private blog networks or automated link schemes.

• Turnaround times are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines
• Final publication is always at the discretion of the publisher

Full or partial payment is required before we begin outreach on a project, depending on the package selected. Prices shown on our packages page are subject to change, but any package you've already paid for will be honored at the agreed price.

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

You may request a cancellation before outreach has begun for a full refund. Once outreach or content writing has started, we'll refund only the portion of work not yet completed.

If you supply your own content for placement, it must be original, factually accurate, and free of anything defamatory, illegal or infringing. We reserve the right to decline or edit content that doesn't meet a publisher's editorial standards.

All content on nexivoprime.com — including text, graphics, logos and branding — is the property of Nexivoprime unless stated otherwise. Once an article we've written is published on a client's target site, rights to that specific article transfer to the client, excluding our own brand assets.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to request placements for harmful or deceptive websites, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer our platform.

Nexivoprime is not liable for changes in search engine rankings, algorithm updates, or a publisher's decision to later remove a placement, except where covered by our link replacement guarantee. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Either party may end an ongoing service agreement with written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these terms are violated, without affecting work already delivered.

These terms are governed by applicable local law in the jurisdiction where Nexivoprime is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will first be handled through good-faith negotiation.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
